Add Something Special To Your Tea


I learned a long time ago that adding essential oils to my warm tea worked out well. Cold and flu season is here. When I do come down with something, I usually add honey, lemon to my medicinal herbal tea. Many times adding Bergamot, Peppermint or Thieves is wonderfully supportive to my immune system.
