I love to use my essential oils in my diffuser. Have been for years. So many combinations of oils to create supportive moments in my life. This recipe is one which can promote feelings of calming and happiness. I use only Young™ essential oils. Side note...Not all essential oil companies are the same quality.
4 drops of Joy
2 drops each of peppermint, tangerine
3 drops stress away
Fill your diffuser up with water to the line in whichever one you use. Add the oils then place lid. Turn on to whichever settings you enjoy and get your calm on.
