In 2022 was the first time I planted Swiss Chard in my garden. Still can't believe in years past why I never tried to grow it.
This veggie is really easy to grow. Yes, had to plant seeds twice this year. Not sure what was happening. But....Look it is growing like crazy. I tear leaves up into our salads, add to other dinner dishes and dehydrate. The amount I dehydrated last is a whole bunch. Stuffing as much as I can in 1 quart mylar bags with an oxygen absorber in each one then heat seal. Yep, super easy to keep them fresh for a very long time.
