Dinner From the Garden


Dinner is served!!! From my gardne I used carrots, kale, zucchini and tomatoes. Added a few store bought red potatoes and quarter of an onion. Then I cooked half a packaged of sausage...About 6 ounces. Adding some thyme and oregano from the garden too. A little salt, pepper and powdered garlic brings this dish together quickly.


Cook until veggies are soft. Serve hot. Makes about 4-5 servings.
