Homemade Salsa

Recently I needed to rotate and use some of my canned items. So, making some salsa was the task. This turned out amazing and very tasty. My recipe is very simple to make. Consider making your own.

1 Can of diced tomatoes (use a potato masher on these)

1 1/2 pint of canned mini bell peppers or 7-8 fresh mini bell peppers

1 Can of green chili's

A little bit of lemon juice or juice from a bit of fresh lemon

1 glass jar

Small chopped up piece of fresh onion or a few pinches of dehydrated onions

Vinegar to taste (I had some canned)

Pepper, salt, granulated garlic to taste.

Use a small bowl and mash the diced tomatoes up first. Then add everything else. Taste and see if more seasonings are needed. Keep in refrigerator.
