I cook from scratch all the time. Better for our health and my pocket book likes it too. The other night I was needing a healthy snack. I pulled out a few cauliflower clumps, mini bell peppers and quinoa mixed type chips (6 total). Needed a quick dip and came up with a new one with items I had on hand.
What is really nice about this recipe is it was super duper simple. I buy my beef and chicken broth powder from Azurestandard. It has other seasonings added to it. So, no need for adding any other spices to it. The other thing that I really like about this recipe is the cost. I figure it only cost maybe 5 cents total for the little bowl that I made. Frugal all the way!
Simple Dip Mix
2 large spoonfuls of plain greek yogurt
2 small spoonfuls of chicken broth powder
In a bowl mix the 2 together and you have a tasty dip.
Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!
